A penthouse duplex apartment with Castle and Cathedral views from their rooftop terrace, located within the Grade II Listed Bailgate Court Development in Lincoln.

Our clients John & Catherine had competing tastes, John loves all things minimal, while Catherine is a true maximalist, both however love colour, which allowed us to have some fun playing with bold fabrics and artwork.

This property also contains one of our favourite rooms to date, a hexagonal tower, which John & Catherine call the Gin & Tonic room.
